Key partners, advocates, leaders, and policymakers from across the state met virtually on April 15 and 22, 2021 to explore strategic opportunities to expand the delivery of services and supports for families and individuals with disability so families can help their loved ones of all ages with disabilities achieve their full potential. The Virtual Summit highlighted diverse approaches to the provision of family support and navigation services in our state. This issue is critical as families often struggle to access comprehensive information, services and supports while navigating complex systems of care.
