The goal of the IDD MHHI Summits is to advance the development of policies, programs, and practices that promote integrated person-centered care for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and their families. National experts with direct experience in the development of integrated health care for people with I/DD have shared their models, recommendations, and lessons learned. The Summit has also highlighted innovative projects underway in our state that are contributing to systems change and support the goals of Medicaid Transformation.
